Problem: Workers in the pesticide industry spend a lot of time tracking the workflow for spraying pesticides on a pick of paper to be reimbursed by the government.
Solution: Our all-in-one weed spraying removes the manual and tedious work of tracking the amount of chemicals used, type, wind direction, and GPS coordinates to make fulfilling government requirements easier.

Problem: Mortgage Loan Originators and Branch Managers spend time sifting through leads for qualified candidates.

Problem: Most Americans don’t understand the home buying process, especially first-time home buyers. So they rely on friends and family to provide information on the entire process. However, those suggestions by family members may not be the most beneficial for the recipient since everyone’s situation is unique.
Solution: A software that educates future and current homeowners on the three most important aspects of the home buying process. From how credit works to Debt to Income (DTI) and Loan to Value (LTV) that is personalized to each individual’s scenario.

She found that one of the main reasons people don’t build wealth in America today is the lack of access to a mortgage, and the main culprit is a low credit score. O.L. decided to start a marketplace that could solve this issue by combining her computer science, finance, and product management experience to solve real credit issues in the community.
